Q. How does Alteril work?
A. Alteril contains ingredients that are shown to induce and improve sleep: L-Tryptophan, melatonin and valerian.
Q. When should I take Alteril?
A. Alteril should be taken approximately one hour prior to going to bed.
Q. Can I drive after taking Alteril?
A. No, like any product that helps you sleep, operating a car or machinery while taking Ateril is strongly discouraged.
Q. Can I give Alteril to children?
A. We do not recommend that children take Alteril as it was designed with the adult physiology in mind.
Q. Can I take Alteril if I'm pregnant?
A. We do not recommend taking Alteril until you speak with your health care provider. He or she will be able to give you the best recommendation for your particular situation.
Q. What is in Alteril?
A. Alteril contains natural substances that are shown to induce sleep and relaxation. These substances include L-Tryptophan, melatonin, valerian, chamomile, I-Theanine, lemon balm, hops and passion flower.
Q. How is Alteril different than other types of sleep aids?
A. Alteril is all natural and won't produce any of the side-effects that other types of sleep aids cause. Taking one or two capsules of Alteril one hour before bed can give you the best sleep you've had in a while.
